What the show is
The Aaron J Show is for education and entertainment. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention, and participating does not create a therapist-client relationship.
If you're in crisis
This show is not a crisis line. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. If you're thinking about suicide or in emotional crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), available 24/7.
Submitting your story
- You must be 18 or older to submit a story or be on the show.
- Submitting a story does not guarantee you'll be contacted or be on the show.
- Nothing will be recorded or published without your separate written permission, given in a participation agreement.
- Please leave out the real names of other people when you tell your story.
